Hello all.
Does anyone use Amazon Freight for full loads? Apparently same day delivery. If so, any feedback? are they any good? I assume they contract most of it out. Do they show up on the correct day etc?

Hi Happy,
We moved from UPS to Amazon freight at the beginning of the year. 43 FTL’s and one has been rescheduled. Always arrive on time, support is great, delivery is always quick into FBA.
The only negative point I have - is you may BOOK the shipment for collection on a set day, but the book date means nothing until you have a confirmation. Once you have a confirmation though, its all ok.
I am a huge fan on Amazon freight. We use it for non FBA deliveries now as well, IE trade orders.
We also use Amazon LTL service, which is not as smooth, but the prices are good.

whats the situation with amazon freight and refunds if the inbounded stock gets lost when a fulfillment center is receiving? I know with ups partnered carrier pallets you can raise a case directly in seller central and it gets refunded quite easily, whats the situation with amazon freight?
