Hi,

I have opened a case on 11th Nov about one 3 star rating without comment - asking amazon to investigate as my product has always 4 or 5 stars and I was doubting this action by competitor. Amazon did not responded to this case for several days.

From 20th Nov, New reviews completely stopped coming. My listing has everyday 1 or 2 new reviews and this is very unusual that no reviews coming now.

I thought due to that case which I have opened on 11st Nov , amazon might be checking or investigating and due to that they might have stopped incoming new reviews.

However, there was no respond from amazon side on that case, so i have closed that investigation case on 25th Nov thinking at least reviews will start coming now.

But in spite of that still new reviews are not coming. I have been reaching to some local business owners to buy my product from amazon for their business and if they like then they can buy bulk. So they did purchased it and they liked it. They tried putting review on my amazon listing, it shows submitted but not appearing on product page.

Just like these one or two local business owners, there might be more other customers who are putting reviews but its not showing up.

I have raised a case about this to amazon that new reviews stopped coming. They are saying everything is ok in my listing.

Can someone help me how to resolve this. I have just one product and I am so much depend on it. I invested my entire saving in this product. If this will not solve then It will be a big loss for me.
