Sending a pallet (first time)

Hi, can anybody talk me through the process of sending a pallet to FBA for the first time?

I’ve decided to use Palletline as they are the cheapest, but how to do I book it in, and what steps are needed on the inventory plan? Sometimes my items get sent to different warehouses when I send boxes, does sending a pallet avoid this as I am worried it will split the shipment and I’ll have to have two or more (half full!) pallets being sent off to different locations!

I am a bit dubious it will all work out okay, but I know people do it all the time so need a bit of a handhold

Sending a Pallet does not avoid potential changes to which fulfilment centre will accept delivery, this is denoted at the time of booking and can change if you cancel the booking and rebook it a few hours later, but can also be product dependant. You arrange the pallet booking through the FBA Shipment section, you then instruct pallet line to collect the pallet , you provide them with the FBA booking details and Amazon reference ID and they arrange a booking in slot to deliver the pallet to the FBA Centre via carrier central.
