Account is deactivated because of another account link violation.

It is with great regret that I am telling you that I have never seen such incompetence or slowness before.

My account has been deactivated. The reason for the deactivation has been given to me as a double account violation. I have filed my case several times that I have not violated any other account

, but every time I am answered in one line that the information provided is incomplete and that this game has been running for a couple of months.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to contact Amazon Italy.

the auto response always instructed me to see account health, there is no any violation appear.

i don't understand how would be resolve my problem

Thank you for your post. My name is Olivia and I want to help you reactivate your account today. As you write, there seems to be issues with another account that led to the blocking of your main marketplace.

If no second account name is mentioned in the blocking notification, then this is probably about your own second account. To clarify:

Amazon seller accounts exist in three regions: Europe, North America, and Far East (Japan, Australia...).

When a seller has accounts in multiple regions, it is treated as multiple accounts. You may have inadvertently started a new registration process when opening the account or registering the brand, which was never completed. Then this region was blocked and, consequently, the other regions.

Many sellers are surprised and say they didn't want to use other regions at all.

Now it's important that you unlock the other region. After that, the Italian marketplace (and rest of Europe) will be unlocked. Once that's done, you can then disable the U.S. region.

To unlock the U.S. region, go to the Seller Central logo in the top left of Seller Central. In the dropdown menu next to it, you should select United States Marketplace. Then please visit the notifications page under Customer Satisfaction by following this path: Menu > Customer Satisfaction > Notifications.

There you will find a notification with the reason for the account blocking and also the next steps to follow. Usually, bank details and a utility bill + current business license are requested. Please make sure to check the notifications page frequently, as any additional required steps will be communicated there.

I am continuously trying to reactive my account.

as following your instructions

I went to USA region selected United State marketplace and visited no

tification page I saw my account is limited and asking me to business address verification to reactive my account. ( Photo attached Screenshot 24 )

imgI provided my business address of Italy but is rejected ( photo attached Screenshot 23)

I registered my Amazon account in Germany 2019 provided legal business address of Germany but in 2024 I bring my account in Italy. for Euro region My legal business address is changed.

but for USA region it still showing my old business address of Germany that is the reason why showing my two accounts one is in Italy and second showing in Germany

that's why the Us region the deactivated my account or limited and asking me for business verification unfortunately for USA region.

when I provide my presentations address, it is rejected because as I explain before that the USA region showing still my old business address of Germany unfortunately my business address.

I cannot change because it is locked by Amazon. (Photo Attached Screenshot 22)
