HELP! Account suspended
I’ve received the following:
Your Amazon.co.uk Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you, but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held for longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
You have a separate account Quirkieee which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the quirkieee Selling account to sell on Amazon.co.uk
The other account(s) were set up by me, not realising I was breaking Ts&Cs. I’ve been in contact with Amazon and they’ve been little to no help. I’m not sure how I reactivate my account. It asks for supporting documents, but what would this include? I’ve also changed the names of the other accounts so they don’t have the same name as my UK account.

Just changing the name will not make any difference as they will be linked by your other data/info.
How many other accounts do you have ?

Any account you have previously opened that is not in good standing and fully authorised/validated will result in any other accounts being suspended.
You need to fix the original issue with the oldest account first.

Thank you for providing insight into your current account status. My goal is to give you further guidance on the next steps.
As your account has found to be linked with another account. In order to reactivate your account you will have to reactivate the linked account, as per our policies.
Additionally, you have mentioned you have created the account to which your current account is linked, can you provide an insight about the creation of that particular account?
You must work on the reactivation of the related account and then your current account can be reactivated.
There can be multiple reasons how any 2 selling accounts or more can be related. Like credit card details, selling account information like phone number, address, name, listing details etc., IP address, bank details etc…
The below documents can also work as proof that you no longer have any relation with other account(s).

Divorce decree, or Notice of separation, Description of why they share information between accounts, Date when the relationship or account involvement ended.

Signed business sale/purchase agreement - with date of sale, Deed of sale, Deed of trust, Bank Signer Card, Bank letter showing new signer data, Proof of identity for the same name, Business transfer agreement.
- Note: Business sale agreements must show separation before the related account was deactivated. For example, if related account was enforced on 1/1/2022, then only business sale agreements dated before 1/1/2022 will be accepted as valid.

Termination letter or proof of new employment.

Letter or contract stating that the relationship has been terminated, final invoice, contract with expiration dates, fulfillment or supplier contract.

Friend/family member name, Description of why they share information between accounts, Supporting documents (separation agreement, lease termination agreement, etc). Date when the relationship or account involvement ended.

I would think there wouldn’t be any profit in it due to cost of materials. I did used to have a business as a market trader and was accordingly set up as such. I now can’t work due to poor health but would go mad without a hobby. I likely wouldn’t ordinarily have anything for sale at all so maybe I’m better using ebay etc. I couldn’t find the handmade section on the normal buying app anymore so wasn’t sure it was still about. Thanks for your help. I just wish they’d respond to why they keep telling me to complete video verification when I’ve already done it and the link doesn’t allow for a second go. 🤷

What do I do in the event that I do have a relation with the other accounts? I’m simply just wanting to reactivate the accounts so I can close all other platforms other than Amazon UK.

I understand that you need assistance in reactivating your Amazon Selling Account.
As stated by Pia, If you own the account which you have been found related to then you have to first work on reactivation of your related account and then the current account can be reactivated.
Please refer to the video Addressing Multiple Account Policy Violations for clear understanding before your submit an appeal.
If you own the account that you have been found related to, then please review the account to know the reason for deactivation and submit an appeal through the Account Health Dashboard.
Once the accounts are reactivated, if you do not wish to continue selling then you can request for account closure.
