I want to close my account but I can't because it's deactivated
I want to close my account, I'm also in the process of dissolving my company. I have provided all the information that I have to Amazon and I'm told that this isn't enough. My account has been deactivated for over 5 months and I don't know what else to do.
At this point I'm annoyed and frustrated.

It is not possible to close a deactivated account on Amazon (not sure what their reasoning is behind this ?), so it seems that you will have to get it reactivated, wait the 90 days (I think it is) and then close it. There may be other requirements, but not sure ?
