Unable to access virtual identity verification video interview
I received a performance notification from Amazon on April 23rd, requesting me to submit my identity, business information, credit card statements and purchase invoices and to perform video identity verification, I submitted all the required materials on May 29th, and then entered the waiting interface through the video identity verification review link provided by Amazon on June 3rd, but I tried to enter the video conference for hundreds of times, and the system repeatedly prompts “Internal Error”, I tried to change Chrome/Safari/Edge browsers, changed computers and iPads but could not enter the video conference properly.
Finally, I got the email “You missed your video call appointment”, how can I enter the Amazon video certification audit?

I understand you have recently attempted to access a video verification interview but encounter errors in doing so.
While this topic was created over a day ago, I wanted to check in and see if you were able to finally access the interview without error.
