Amazon not accepting dietary supplements applications

We are a new dietary supplements brand and have just created our first listing. However, our offer was removed, and Amazon stated that we need to request selling approval for compliance. When we attempt to request approval, we receive a notification that Amazon is not accepting applications to sell:
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, or Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, or Collectible condition(s)
Our brand is already approved in Amazon Brand Registry, and our trademark is registered under Class 005 (Dietary Supplements).
Is there any alternative way to seek approval to sell dietary supplements? We are eager to submit any required documentation or information needed for approval.

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for ingestible Brands, a.k.a dietary supplements. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for ingestible brands at this time.
If you feel that the categorization is wrong, please reach out to Seller Support so they can investigate this for you. If you are able to get this re-categorized, please provide me with the new case ID so I can look into this further for you.
If you are a brand owner, I recommend working with an attorney experienced in IP and the trademark office to understand the best path forward for you to have intellectual property in the updated product class.
If you are not a brand owner but have a relationship with the brand directly, you can reach out to them to ask them to add you as an Authorized Reseller of their brand in Brand Registry, which may get you approved to list their items.
I know this is not the outcome that you were hoping for, but I thank you for your understanding.
