FBM product returned to me that isn't my product, nor am I expecting this return?
I’ve received a parcel from Evri this afternoon addressed to MFN Tier 5, but then my home address, and as I’ve opened the parcel it’s a Funko Pop figure that’s damaged, but we haven’t sold this figure before. We do sell some Funko Pops but not this particular one.
I was looking at two of my incoming return requests in case somebody had sent the wrong item back, and both items are due back to me with Royal Mail, not Evri.
I spoke to Amazon Support, but they told me there’s no data on their system and I need to contact Evri. Though Evri are an impossible courier company to get through to and if I do actually speak to them, I know they’ll just argue it’s addressed to myself. When I mentioned this to Amazon Support, they told me if I have any issues, just keep the product.
I just don’t understand what’s happened here? I could understand if I was expecting a return from Evri but I’m not
