HACCP Document not being accepted
Hi there,
I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue. Amazon requested my manufacturers HACCP certificate which I provided but it was rejected without any reason as to why it was rejected. It would be nice if Amazon can put some information in there emails instead of macro responses.
Any help will be appreciated.

HACCP certification definition. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. It is an international standard that defines the requirements for effective control of food safety. Food manufacturers certified against HACCP requirements by a third party meet the Amazon food safety bar. HACCP must include a valid expiry date and must also comprise information about the scope of the product.
HACCP certification for brand owner or manufacturer: Current Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certificate or certificates for the manufacturer from an accredited third-party certification body for the ASIN.
