Stuck on Country of Establishment Update in Seller Central - Need Amazon Support Help
Hello, I’m having a major issue updating my business information in Amazon Seller Central, and I’d really appreciate any advice or support from anyone who has dealt with similar problems.
The Problem:
Recently, I submitted updates in the Legal Entity section, expecting my business information to reflect the new details. However, instead of the updated business information, my personal information is still appearing, and I can’t seem to update the Country of Establishment from my original country to the United States. This is critical since my business operates under a USA-registered LLC.
When I try to change the country in Seller Central, the Country of Establishment field is completely greyed out, and the system won’t allow any modifications. This appears to be a backend glitch, but so far, Seller Support has been unable to help or provide a solution.
Why It’s Urgent:
My account is currently deactivated due to a Consumer Privacy Act re-review, and I can’t complete the re-review process without being able to update my business information correctly. This technical issue is preventing me from meeting Amazon’s compliance requirements, leaving my account in limbo.
My Current Details:
Residence: United Kingdom
Nationality: French
Business Operation: United States (operating under a USA-registered LLC)
Questions
Has anyone else experienced issues with updating their business information or changing the Country of Establishment in Seller Central? If so, how did you resolve it?
Is there any way to escalate support tickets or get more immediate technical assistance for account-critical issues like this?
I’m hoping someone here has encountered something similar or has advice on how to push this issue forward with Seller Support. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is affecting my ability to operate on Amazon.

QUOTE AGAIN NOT WORKING.
Without having read your whole thread just one mention:
my business operates under a USA-registered LLC.
If this is a Single Member LLC with you as the only owner you are considered as Individual and not as Business and your personal information will continue to show up and to be valid. But in your particular case I don't think that this plays a role.
What plays a role is that the AI sees that a seller account belonging to John White from UK wants to change identity and become White LLC from New York. the AI will consider this as transferring an account from one Legal Entity to another. And THAT is not allowed.
So, the safest thing for you and for the future would be to properly close your existing account, wait two weeks and create a new seller account with your new address.
But if you are a US Single Member LLC - and thus an Individual - I don't know if the system will ask you to provide a utility bill for verifying your address and your identity....
But WHAT nonsense I am telling you..... your account is deactivated and thus you can do nothing at all. How did you "submit updates in the Legal Entity" if your account is deactivated?
