Removal Order Pending Since April 2023
I have created a removal order that Amazon never completed, resulting in numerous removal orders- Amazon has returned all but 88 units since April 2023. I have been told that since the status is "pending" that Amazon does not have any obligations to either pay for the inventory or "expedite" the shipment. Given that Amazon prides itself on same day delivery, I would hardly call getting a shipment delivered that was initiated 9 months ago to be "expedited."
If anyone has magic words or a contact that I can address my concerns to, it would be very appreciated. I was just on the phone with a service agent named Janji who confirmed, and I quote, "removal orders ship differently. There is no one that I can email." She then told me she would update the case notes. To paraphrase Bill Murray, "At least I got that going for me."
Help or advice would be appreciated.

There is little to no help. When we quit FBA, it took about a year to get the last, tiny product back and multiple removal orders....

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide some context. Unfortunately, this process cannot be expedited. The fulfillment centers process each kind of removal in the order that they are created. We cannot expedite or prioritize any removal over the others.
