Appeal for Reinstatement of Amazon Seller Account

As a new seller on Amazon, having created my account just 4 days ago, I am still in the process of

learning and familiarising myself with the platform and its policies. In an attempt to understand the best

practices for listing products, I relied on instructional videos available on YouTube. Unfortunately, despite

my best efforts to adhere to Amazon's guidelines, I inadvertently listed some products in a manner that

violated the intellectual property policies. & my saller is deactivated last 4 months I try to reactivate so many times also I submit a submission exactly what happened but I ar tried last 4 months to reactivate my account . I every day chats with Amazon seller team thy told me Amazon seller will contact with me 24 hours after nobody contact with me thy rejected my case 🥲!

My seller account will not let me reactivate it. I've removed the listings that caused this problem. II tried to submit again. Submit option is not available in my seller center.And I am trying to contact them by phone call but I see text [Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page.]

My account health is showing healthy and it's not allowing me to appeal anything.

I've gone through and removed all the listings and it's cleaned out, and I can't get a support email or phone number to contact. I'd like to reactivate my account, 🥲

4 days or 4 months? You don't learn anything but the wrong information from youtube videos.

Removing listings will not remove violations.

When it comes to concerns of an intellectual property violation, these are taken very seriously and will require valid invoices, and a letter of authorization showing you were authorized to use the mentioned or concerned intellectual property.

Even if these situations were conducted in error, simply listing an intellectual property without any inventory will still be subject to our intellectual property policy for sellers.

The screenshot you provided shows you followed up back in march, did you provide any of the requested documentation?

If the requested documentation cannot be provided the account will not be eligible for reactivation as we require proof of non-infringement for reactivation.

As the notification originally stated, and I had mentioned, we require valid invoices that show proof of compliance with these policies. The case you provided shows the submission of a plan of action, as this is a dispute only scenario this appeal will not be accepted as it cannot address the current violations.
