Brand already enrolled
I have registered a keyword trademark on IPO UK, which is in the pre-publish status and will be registered on 17 of this month. There are no such identical trademarks in the UK and even in Europe.
I sent my brand registry request to Amazon UK. I received a reply that the brand is already enrolled. How can this be possible?
I have searched online and found that there is only a similar logo trademark but it is in India.
According to my information, I should be able to register my brand in Amazon UK as I own the word trademark in this region.

Amazon keeps stating “ simply ask the original brand who has enrolled it first “ so essentially an unrelated brand , selling in a different country , selling different goods owns your products and listings and determine if you can add your trademark to protect your brand .
They essentially own you as they simply enrolled the brand name first. This is so wrong
