Another A-Z scam - Facilitated by Amazon!
So, I've just been scammed once again by this broken system.
Item sent Special Delivery - which was signed for on time by the "customer"
"Customer" opens A-Z Claim which is duly granted by Amazon - refunded from my funds but it hasn't affected my ODR which I should somehow be thankful for?
What's even more annoying is the reason given which completely contradicts the whole claim!
"The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates 'delivered', but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves the order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate."
Has anyone had any experience of sending Amazon a LBA? the amount is not massive but it seems to be happening more and more frequently on Amazon and it's more about the principle!
Sorry for the rant but I've had enough.

Those are the ones that should be LBA then Small Claims.
Amazon stating, in writing, they can see the item was delivered, yet still refunding.
Don't see how anyone could lose.
