Our account is at risk of deactivation Because of OTD rate
After Holidays, I got the notification that my account is at RISK of deactivation due to ODT rate.
Was USPS okay with other sellers? USPS delayed crazy so we have switched to Amazon shipping they delayed too.
of course some orders we ship little bit late because they were custom orders..
Wonder how Other sellers' experience with shipping carriers for the holiday season.

I also just recieved this today. I sat on hold for 1.5 hours hoping to speak to someone, no luck. It looks like it's USPS causing the delays... but how an we help that?

I would not sweat it if it is not a regular status. I don't do 100 orders a day, one cancelation pushes metrics over 2.5% threshold.
If you have custom orders that take longer, change your shipping template.

Many MF sellers experience this.
1. Amazon made us ship everything next day with failed promise for an ability to "update handling time" on SKU level.
2. They promised customer delivery time that they KNEW was unrealistic at the time of purchase (evidenced by excluding normal ship options from Amazon Buy Shipping with "high risk for late delivery" message).
3. They didn't extend "delivery promise" because of "network congestion" as written on the OTDR page.
4. They offered shipping options that 1.5-3 times more expensive through Amazon Buy Shipping.
5. Some sellers like us had to switch to UPS completely until our rate is above threshold, but we probably wasted money.
6. If Amazon suspends sellers over that - there will be an uprise...

if you are doing handmade custom you can request to have your AHT set to a specific time we require 3 days to ensure we are never late and then you are covered with odt and will not harm your metrics
you can have each sku set to a specific time of handling and you leave aht on and it will set times to your handling time not automatic handling time and as long as you ship on time you are not responsible for late deliveries like previous years. you hae to qualify we are in handmade section

No, it wasn't. Dropped to 66% at a point. The whole thing doesn't make any sense, I ship 6 dollar products with First class mail ground. It should be covered with OTD protection. I did contact Amazon, they gave me a bunch of weird and complicated instructions. I changed those and switched all settings to "automated" (as they told me I have to), but I don't know if it's going to solve the issue. I'm NOT going to charge my customers $10+ for shipping if they buy a 6 dollar product. That would be nonsnse. Amazon should fix this ODT issue. :-/

Should have all standard shipping settings set to 5-8 days and at least 1 day handling time, 2 days if possible this time of year.
