How to determine if the customer has returned the product?——Seller self shipped return refund

There has been no information to determine whether the buyer has returned the goods, and there has been little success in contacting the buyer. The logistics information is also not visible on the "Manage Returns" interface. Returned packages are always not received by the warehouse or destroyed as unowned goods (especially when using Amazon's prepaid return label).

Where are your items being returned to? It sounds like they are being returned to a third party warehouse and not your own warehouse?

Assuming Amazon are generating return labels you should able to see the tracking of each return in the Manage Returns section of Amazon. That way you will know if the item has been delivered to the warehouse.

If it is your own warehouse you would have procedures in place to sort the returns, check them and match them to the return on Amazon.

If it is a third party warehouse then you would need to discuss with them how they manage returns on your behalf. If they are not set up for it then perhaps you should look at getting your returns sent elsewhere.
