FBA Returns - Defective/Damaged but still returned to inventory?
Noticing a huge influx of returns that have the disposition marked as Customer Damaged or Defective... but also shown as being returned to inventory.... Any one else?! Obviously this is concerning but with so much volume I am unsure how to pinpoint each unit, nor where to begin with getting "help" from Amazon on the issue.

Are the units being returned to FBA inventory as "sellable" or "unsellable"?
They may be marked as unsellable or unfulfillable and may require a Removal Order to have the inventory removed from Amazon warehouse and returned to your warehouse/location.
All of my Defective and Customer Damaged are set to Unfulfillable To be auto-removed.

We have experienced the same thing on many occasions with customers posting complaints about receiving clearly used and damaged products. There is obviously a problem with how returns are being examined and put back into sellable inventory.

this is the Amazon CA problem. In the us, FBA has the option to choose not to sell returned items. However, in the Canadian FBA system, there is no option to select it. Therefore, some bad customer, they purchase new item and then replace their old one and return to amazon. and Amazon sell the old one to other customers, Then customer report to amazon. Fianlly seller pays the price.
