Error 5461 when I have already been approved for this brand

I am hitting a brick wall on this one, Two weeks ago I applied and got approved to list items under a specific brand. In the first week successfully created listings for this brand, but in the last week I am getting the 5461 error (brand not approved).

I have contacted seller support and they have confirmed I have been approved. Now I am going round in circles with support requesting:

"Upon checking the screenshot provided, we see that the screenshot doesn't show the error code 5461 and the time stamp visible in the background. Hence, we kindly request you to provide the latest screenshot of the error code 5461. Make sure the "BRAND NAME REDACTED" and time stamp are visible in the background."

What exactly are they looking for? I have submitted multiple screenshots and just get this same reply. It feels like this is a stock reply to try to get rid of me as they have no idea what to do.

I'm sorry you are continuing to have issues with Error 5461. I've reviewed your cases and in Case 11254551692 the team requested a recent screenshot of the error, as they believed that the error may have already resolved. Are you still having this issue?

If you are I would request that you provide a new screenshot of the error to the Seller Support team. If they are not able to assist after providing this image, please reach out to me here with your new case ID and I will investigate additional escalation options. Thank you for your understanding.
