No DPD buy shipping invoice for December - November was also incorrect
has anyone else had any issues with the invoices received on the tax document library? my November invoice for DPD buy shipping labels was incorrect by over £10k and there hasnt been one issued for December transactions.
when i have raised a case with amazon they tell me DPD are responsible for issuing the invoices(despite us regularly getting them on tax document library on Amazon) when i speak to DPD directly they tell me Amazon are responsible for issuing the invoice because the labels are purchased on the buy shipping programme.
has anyone had this issue and can anyone point me in the right direction as i seem to be going round in circles with this.
