I received an Amazon e mail saying “your £100 are ready”. Is this a con ? Can’t see anything on my account that directs me towards their usage. Thereagain things are never that easy here.

I've received Amazon ads credit a few times. If you have any, in the ads console, if you click on the cog wheel icon (left side, bottom), then Admin > Sponsored Ads Billing then Promotion Credits (at the top), it will show you if you have been given any.
