Amazon Sponsored Brands: Problems with creatives and product images, especially for desktop top of search

Recently my brand was given a small promotion to try out Sponsored Brands advertising. I have some constructive feedback:

1) Managing/editing creative. They give an option to use AI adjusted, but you cannot adjust the output pixel size. This is a problem if you get an otherwise good image, you cannot crop it or zoom in because the image is already the minimum size allowable. Suggestion: allow for larger pixel size on image creation.

2) Managing/editing creative. It shows what a top of search desktop will look like vs top of search mobile. The top of search mobile looks good, and performs as shown in the "preview". However, the top of search desktop image will always get the bottom 25% cutoff, even though it looks good in the preview, the final result is mangled. Suggestion: improve the top of search desktop alignment and image preview. It's even cutting off the bottom 25% of individual product images AND the creative image.

3) PPC Keyword and bid modification for placements are very good. Thank you for this feature.

Users need better control in the UI, so that the final outcome is as expected. I received horrible CTR on my first ~1k impressions and so I knew something was wrong. I've tried to edit it multiple times, there is no way to prevent the image on desktop from becoming poorly cropped. I've paused the campaign for now.

Hi @Seller_L4mc9uax2MoSW- we very much appreciate you taking the time to compile and share this feedback.

I wanted to let you know I have shared this directly with our points of contact with the advertising team so they may take it into account as future developments are planned. While I wouldn't be able to provide any updates, we do very much value candid and specific feedback such as this!

If you require any assistance with the creative, I would have to refer you to Advertising support for personalized troubleshooting, but please don't hesitate to post again if you find additional feedback to share.

Best,

Danny
