Amazon France Triman Logo
Hi all,
We sell in Beauty category and it is our understanding that by the 9th of March this year, all packaging that is recyclable will need the triman logo and info-tri logo displayed on all packaging.
I can’t find any information from Amazon on this, has anyone find any information on whether it is necessary if selling through Amazon FBA?

I don’t know whether that’s part of EPR or a separate thing, but my understanding is EPR applies to sellers using FBA. I also can’t see the French government allowing the logo to only be on shipping packaging and not product packaging.

It’s necessary AFAIK regardless of where you’re selling from. This is good for each country - clicking on the map.
This is about Triman. Think I downloaded the graphics I use from there.
From 2022, the Triman logo must be placed directly on the product or packaging.
“A note on the website or product page of the online shop is no longer sufficient. The symbol must now be attached directly to the product or packaging, together with the separation notice. However, placing it on instructions or documents supplied with the product is also legitimate.”
I have a comp slip in French I use, with the logo and general instructions and a QR code back to my website for more info.
