my customer wanted to return an item, (make up) i allowed it even though it was after 14 days, now it has been received and the seal has been removed - meaning could have been used, i cant now re list it - i know the customer is waiting for a refund - what should i do>?

Was it not auto refunded at first scan ?
Was the return done officially through amazon ?

I posted it myself, and reimbursed the customer return postage, on the surmise that it would be refunded upon return. just received the return today. so.

i tried doing a fba, filled a box with goods, arranged the van, waited all day, van never turned up, thats another story.
