I'm new to linking Click&Drop with Amazon (I have a personal C&D account not OBA).

If I purchase RM shipping through Amazon, what do I do with the order in C&D please? I thought of just deleting it but don't know if something pings back to Amazon? Any advice greatly appreciated thanks
