i really don't know how to address the problem because i never sell anything in amazon USA

i am regular seller in amazon Egypt but amazon USA was deactivated few days ago

mentioned reason was :

We need additional documentation to verify your identity and account ownership. For more information on our requirements, check section "P-4 Verification" of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement":

my 1st appeal was fast and nervous so i applied docs which are on hand , as my national id, tax card and bank statement

then i received today answer

we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

today i sent much more documents , phone bill, internet bill and water bill and business file and passport with previous docs i sent
