are split destination LTL APC charges ever cheaper than the inbound placement service fee, for you?
I can't find any prior threads on this. Most of the threads mentioning "inbound placement service fee" were just complaints that they hate the new fee.
This is more of a survey question -- are split destination LTL APC charges ever cheaper than the inbound placement service fee, for you?
We've found the single-pickup option is always the cheapest by a large margin. The problem is that when Amazon splits up a shipment into multiple pickups, Amazon causes the pickups to have tons of nonsense partial pallets. As an aside it would nice to tell Amazon to only ship full or at least half-size stackable pallets.
We're usually only shipping around 6 pallets per inbound. I'm wondering if maybe things change with larger inbounds.
