Hi All, I really need some help and I fell I'm going round in circles on this one. I have successfully registered my brand and I also have an active seller account which is selling my products. I now have some A+ content I want to apply before we start investing in Amazon ads and also make sure of the other international territory accounts. I am however unable to connect the two. From the seller side it says I'm not authorised. From brand registry it says i'm not authorised.

I have appealed at brand registry and this was declined. I even get emails to say hey you need to take up and connect your accounts before X date....

I've tried escalating from each side and I get the same responses - that's either a brand registry issue...try over there or....that's a seller account issue try over there.

I just want to crack on and sell (making both us and Amazon money!) but I'm getting nowhere. I really need a human to help us now.
