I have struggled to get some help with feedback removal.

I have had a number of reviews and feedback which are either incorrect or lies.

Mainly wrong items, or not delivered when its the correct item and delivered.

Even a review stating they have had the item yet so can't say what its like 1 star.

I have asked over and over to please look into these but with the same response, NO.

This is our business and we should be able to appeal against these type of demaging claims within the feedback if they are untrue.

Please could someone help or one of the moderators step in.
