VAT calculation service/VAT services on Amazon

Not sure if anyone can help me with this or let me know if I have made a big error,

Basically I came in today to see that the VAT calculation Service was not working and our VAT/GST registration number has been rejected (We have had no prior issues and have not changed any info) .

I have messaged support and emailed our VAT certificate but have not heard anything back and meanwhile all orders are going through without an invoice,

However while panicking and trying to fix it I have since now registered us on "VAT Amazon services" which we were previously shown as Not registered. Have I made a major error in doing this as I can't seem to de-register - or was this service ended in October 2024 anyway and it is nothing to worry about?

Any help/word of advice to stop me panicking would help,
