If he is FBA then Amazon quite often strike though negative feedback. Though they usually state that Amazon takes responsibility.
For some reason, unknown to us, they seem to think the seller is not responsible for whatever reason. Maybe they bought shipping on Amazon and Amazon can see that they were shipped but the courier lost them?
