Extemely high FBA fees
Please can someone tell me what they think? Do these Amazon fees look normal? I am selling FBA
List price for item 1 is £9.99

List price for item 2 is £10.99
Total Product charges: 8.32

For more context, items are in packaging 7x7x23 cm and weigh 193g (reusable water bottle)
I am in the process of clearing inventory and closing shop as I can't manage with these fees but thought I would seek some advice on if there might be something wrong

Seems about right. The £9.99 one qualifies for the lower FBA fee as it's less than £10 and small enough, but the other one if the same dimensions doesn't.

No it isn't normal as the price you set for your product needs to account for all the fees, including storage, leaving you whatever margin you need. You need to work out the fees BEFORE you list the item.
If the maths doesn't work, you should not sell the product on Amazon.
Are the item dimensions recorded on Amazon what you believe is correct? Remember that Amazon, because they can, have a very "special" way of measuring the item so if for example your item is in a plastic bag, the dimensions include any air in the pack and also right to the edge of the bag.

fees on FBM are prohibitive. Fees on FBA - beats me how ANYONE can make a profit.
