Utility bill for account reactivation
Hello, I have no way to contact any seller support in the account, and each case I issue would reply a copy-paste to tell "this is not a way to appeal the account". So I try to ask in the forum if someone can give me some ideas to reactivate my account. I am stuck in appealing the account for some months.
Everytime I uploaded the utility bill with the company address, amazon replied:
"We were unable to verify the documents that you provided because they did not contain the required information."
OR "We were unable to verify the documents that you provided because you did not provide a utility bill for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service."
I totally get lost and don't know what else to submit. Can anyone tell me if I need the utility bill for my residential address? Before submit these document, should I change the address in the account info?

the utility bill is normally to verify the residence of the primary contact or any beneficial owner, NOT the business. So depending on which person they are trying to verify, you need a utility bill for their address.
DO NOT amend the business address unless of course it is the same as the residential address.
Note they also don’t accept PDFs of bills sometimes, only printed and scanned copies.

Just to agree and confirm above reply - the utility bill required is for the residential address of the account holder, NOT the company/business address - it is to confirm personal ID.
