Listing products with Chinese language labelling
Hello everyone,
I have a very big problem. I have 35 cartons of baby diapers I bought from China in the prep warehouse. I would like to ship to the Amazon FBI warehouse in the UK. The problem is that all packaging is labeled in Chinese. We have the quality certificate, but there is no English description on the diaperbag.
I received this text from the prepwarehouse:
“All of the text on the outer boxes and the inner stock products is in Chinese. Could you please just confirm with us what it is you need us to do at this end in regards to the E.U labelling that is required on the stock.”
What to do? I doubt it will arrive in the Amazon warehouse until October 25, after the product is still being licensed …
Thank you!!!

I’m not really sure what you’re asking. Your prep service have told you that the products don’t currently meet the EU labelling requirements, so some kind of remedial action is needed. It’s not clear which country the prep service is in, but that may not make a difference i guess.
Was your agreement that the goods would be in Chinese, or are you asking whether you can return them?
I don’t really know what this means?

Hi so for the items not been in the appropriate language you can create a removal order to have them shipped back and you can Re pack them in appropriate new packing.
As for licencing I know nothing about nappies but imagine they need to meet a minimum saftey standard of some sort… If you don’t have that then your wasting your time sending them back in when you get them repacked

I will contact the manufacturer and ask what solution you can offer. I ask the pre-warehouse to take a photo of each side of the diapers and try to license it to Amazon before the shipment takes place. Do you think this is so good?
Thank you so much for your help and support! It is a great help to ask someone.

The Ultimate Amazon FBA Checklist for the Holiday Season 2020:
" * Manage your FBA Inventory
Amazon stops accepting new FBA sellers after the 2nd week of October. Therefore, if you are new to FBA, you must ship your items so they reach the fulfillment centers before the middle of October.
Black Friday and Christmas also bar inventory replenishment for certain categories. Keep an eye on the deadline announcements and plan accordingly. "
