I am the only one selling my item because it is my brand, I have the certified lowest price, am FBA, and am eligible for the Featured Offer...BUT I dont have the Featured Offer.
I have had the featured offer since i listed my items 1 month ago, but two days ago. This doesn't make sense to me, and seller support also doesn't know why I don't have the featured offer.

Amazon does not reveal what goes into the decisions on awarding the Buy Box (or Featured Offer).
But one guess could be that a similar item is available cheaper, either on Amazon, or elsewhere (if elsewhere, could even be identical). Another guess could be that, at least for the location you are looking from, there are no items in a nearby FC; or much of the inventory could be tied up in transfers or otherwise not easy for Amazon to ship promptly.
But really, all we can do is guess. Amazon will never tell us the reason, even if they know (which they likely do not).
