Contacting seller support
Is there any way to get in contact with seller support. My account is deactivated any there is no option to reactivate it. Any case log I create is closed in return. Is there an email or number I can call to get in contact with anyone from seller support?

No email, Seller Support contact is via 'Help', top right. If you are on the professional selling plan (pay £30 a month) you can call them (I think they call you back) - but to be honest, they are just more like call centres, and they cannot reactivate your account.

i had the total reverse of this. I closed my account yearsa ago and randomly received an order. I attempted to reactivate my account (traumatic) and thrn purchased my postage in app.
I never received my postage lable but them my item was listed as "waiting". Its still here waiting.
I trued to speak ro the help team, although very nice they could not help.
I then asked them to close my account again again but they couldnt.
