How do I get DSP Access?

Hello,

I've registered for a manager account and applied for DSP (demand side platform) for 2+ months now, and it's still in the "pending" state.

When I reached out to my account rep for seller growth i got no word back, and I've tried to contact the advertising sales team and seller support, all say they can't help me.

I need a DSP approval to register for an AMC instance. I know my store's ad spend probably isn't high enough to reach their radar, but I am still spending tens of thousands a month on ads on and off-platform, and I'd like to utilize the instance data and AMC event stream.

I'm willing to pay the fees and pricing (if any) to participate in this program, I have already set up an AWS account for this.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has taken this path, gotten DSP approval, who did you have to reach out to?

Thank you all, happy pre-holiday :)

Hello @Seller_7iIYVh4MLs1yf- appreciate you seeking some insight on this program here on the forums!

The onboarding process for Amazon DSP may take a few weeks to see if the account may be eligible.

Amazon takes multiple criteria's for this process and, if you are not contacted within 30 days from submitting the form, it indicates the account is not eligible at this time.

You are still able to utilize other options in the Advertising Console (Such as sponsored ads).

You may review the Amazon DSP additional policies page for further information, or to help influence a future submission.

Thanks,

Danny
