How do i send Amazon my documents to prove the authenticity my inventory
I recently completed an account verification interview for amazon, and they sent me an email after saying
"Thank you for joining the video interview on MAR , 31, 2025 . As discussed during the interview, you must provide the following documents to prove the authenticity of your inventory:
-- Invoices or supply chain documents
-- Business registration documents
-- Delivery or tracking information
-- Import or export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
-- An authorization letter or licensing agreement from the brand or right owners of the brand to demonstrate that you are approved to sell the merchandise in question.
-- Bank statement or credit card statement that includes the records related to the purchase of the ASINs under review."
and
"If within 5 days of this notification we do not receive the requested information or if you are unable to demonstrate the authenticity of your products, the relevant inventory under review may be disposed of in accordance with Section F.7.2 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and the Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy."
However they haven't told me where to provide the documentation, i responded to the email providing the requested documents, but it was a "no-reply" email address, i sent the documents to "inventory-appeals@amazon.co.uk" 2 days ago and i haven't received a response.
i'm confused and i'm stressed because my time is running out and i keep encountering issues with amazon communication, i even opened a case 2 days ago asking amazon support how i should provide the documents and it is un-answered.
If you know how to resolve this please help.
