legal Entity Sole Trader or LTD

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in finding out which legal entity is best suited for an Amazon (AMZ) Seller account, especially for new sellers.

We are already aware of the pros and cons of operating as a Sole Trader Company and a Limited Company (LTD). However, we are specifically looking for insights on the option that requires fewer documents from HMRC while providing the most benefits for Amazon sellers.

If anyone has practical experience and knowledge in this area, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support.

"operating as a Sole Trader Company and a Limited Company (LTD)."

So you reside outside the USA? Those terms are used in the UK, not the USA. In the USA we use Sole Proprietor and LLC.

If you have one or both of those set up in the UK, they will be of no help in the USA. You would have to establish a Sole Proprietor business in the USA with a resident agent.
