Unable to request payment (no A-Z claims, 100% healthy account)
For the last few days I cannot request payment to my bank account. The "request payment" button is greyed out and available balance is zero, when the net proceed kept increasing. My account is 100% healthy, no a-z claims.
Case was opened two days ago and transferred to a 'specialised department' but no reply since then.
Has anyone come across to the same issue and managed to sort it out please?

The DD+7 reserve started on the 4th of September. S you won't be able to draw down funds from orders until 7 days after the scheduled delivery date.

Maybe is related to “DD+7” reserve policy?
