Account level reserve
Hi everyone,
I understand that the Account Level Reserve is a normal part of selling on Amazon, especially for newer accounts. However, I’m a bit confused about when exactly my funds will be released and become available for disbursement.
My orders have been delivered and marked as such in the system.
It’s been more than 7 days for some of them.
I checked my payments report, and I still see a significant amount held under the “Account Level Reserve.”
Can anyone clarify:
When exactly does Amazon release these funds?
How long after release are they transferred to my bank?
What can I do to reduce the reserve over time?
Any insight from experienced sellers or Amazon support would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello @Seller_zl6alLgoLikSo, thank you for posting. Are your funds ready for disbursement? I would like to recommend this Help Page What is account level reserve?, where you can review the Account Level Reserve Policy.
I hope this helps!
Julia.
