Sending via Evri

Hey
I bought shipping via amazon Evri standard, I took the parcel to an evri shop but they said the barcode wasn’t accepted. Do I need to order a collection? It’s my first time sending via Evri.

Hello The_Prickle_Parlour!

I have reached out to our team that collaborates with Evri and this is the response I got from them:

“Evri has stopped accepting “Next Day” and “Standard” orders in their parcel shops as these ship methods require for Evri to arrange a collection. If Selling Partners wish to use Parcel shops they should select the “drop off” ship method instead of Standard or Next Day. Alternatively, they can also register on the following page so that Evri contacts them in order to arrange collection: https://support.evri.com/app/VanCollections”.

Please let me know if this answers your questions.
(I will post post the same in other similar threads for better visibility)
