On-Time Delivery Rate
I really can't understand the logic behind the On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR). I have a one-day handling time, but I almost always ship orders on the same day. I've already set up SSA, yet I still experience late deliveries that bring my OTDR below 90%.
What confuses me even more is that my Late Shipment Rate is 0%, my Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate is 0%, and my Valid Tracking Rate is 97.96% (the slight dip is due to duplicate tracking numbers in FedEx). Despite all this, my On-Time Delivery Rate is only 77.78%.
I strongly believe this issue is not caused by us as sellers, and third-party sellers shouldn't be held accountable for delays beyond our control. Now, my Buy Box is being intermittently removed, and I find it extremely frustrating to understand the logic behind this review system.

lol.. look at mine.. amazon is such a joke.. I ran report, all the late shipments are of course through USPS and all of them are priority mail and have OTDR guaranteed. None of this has to do with the way I run my business. We ship the same day or the next. If these slackers at USPS don't deliver anything on time, how is that my fault? whatever, i am exhausted of amazons bs games.
