Reselling products older than 180 days

Hey guys I am trying to resell stuff I got from Amazon but i can not bc I got them last year but they are in great condition.
Do i have to register my business to resell branded products ?

If they’re in great condition but not new condition then presumably you’d have to list them as used. Especially if you bought them from Amazon initially as a retail transaction. Not all categories allow used listings. Not sure what the significance of the 180 days is - is the category or brand gated and Amazon have asked for recent invoices?

As to registering your business, a business should always be registered in some way.

If you buy them to sell at a profit, then you are a business and yes you have to registered with HMRC, then Amazon as a business.
If you bought a few item to use yourself, then changed your mind, then no, but, as @Demel said, in either case you cannot list as new condition.
