Change delivery address for a client

A client contacted me, asking if the delivery address for their order could be changed. The products have already being shipped.

Is there any way to communicate with Amazon and/or the courier to have the products delivered to the correct address?

You shouldn’t even if you could. If you deliver to anywhere other than the address the customer supplied it leaves you open to the customer claiming none delivery and winning.

if already despatched the customer will have to go and retrieve from that address.

Absolutely as above reply - NEVER send to a different address. This is a known scam, so that the customer can claim INR (item not received). Reply to the customer that the address cannot be changed once it has been despatched, and basically it is their responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is on the order.
