FBA potential return swap - What can I do?
I've just realised you can't claim SAFE-T for an FBA order.
I had an FBA item returned to me today (the order was made in March). The item has either been swapped for a dirty, filthy one or has been just treated badly. Either way, it's in no way the same condition we sent it out in.
I can understand a little wear & tear but it's utterly disgusting.
What can be done in this situation if I can't make a SAFE-T Claim?
I assume nothing but thought I'd ask anyway. Not massively expensive but about £100 cost to me which is a pain.

Hi @Seller_9fA2L82vl2c6V,
SAFE-T claims are not available for FBA orders because Amazon takes responsibility for fulfillment and customer service, including returns.
According to Amazon's policy, if an FBA item is returned to you via a removal order and you believe it was graded incorrectly (e.g. marked as “customer damaged” when it shouldn't have been), you can open a case to dispute it.
This has to be done within 60 days of the item being delivered back to you. You can find the official guidance here: FBA inventory reimbursement policy: Removals claims
Cheers, Ezra
