Account has not been verified yet
Hey guys, this side Rudra.
So I created my Seller Central Account on 17th August 2023 (yes I remember that date very well).
I created Amazon Accounts in Asia, North America, the Middle East, and unfortunately Europe.
All my other accounts were verified by the end of August, and now are paying me a [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] ton of money, but my Europe Accounts, man I don't understand the problem, Amazon is still unable to verify it.
Apparently, the verification page says that it may take up to 10 working days to verify my account, it seems to me either they meant 10 working months, [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]
I wouldn't care whether they verified my account or not, but the problem here is that my payment is stuck with them.
They will not pay me until they verify my account.
And they have not verified my account yet.
i have raised several cases with Seller Central but no hope.
What do you guys suggest?
Am I the first person to which this is happening?
Should I file a lawsuit?

Sorry to hear of your problem. You are not the only one, by far!
Verification can indeed take many months. Don't ask me why but I guess Amazon as don't need more sellers, the see verification as a cost they can do without and won't give that department the funds it needs to employ enough competent staff.
One quick question as this may be holding up your verification. Do you use FBA in UK/EU? If so, are you VAT registered in the UK/EU? If you don't live in UK/EU, you need to be.
If you are Macaria Herbal PVT Ltd, you live in India so yes, you need to be VAT registered in UK and possible some countries in EU as you do use FBA. I see no VAT number in your profile. You won't get your money until you pay the tax owed and also register.

Did you submit the valid Business verification documents requested? If yes, when did you submit it ?
