Can someone help me out here please, i am new to selling on amazon and can not find any amazon contact number.
i had a customer saying they didn't receive item when royal mail track shows its been delivered to the address but amazon refunded the customer without informing me. i uploaded the tracking number stating its delivered.

Depending on whether the sale was Merchant Fulfilled or Seller Fulfilled Prime will dictate your next action.
If Amazon have done a Returnless Full Refund on a MFN order then you would need to open a Support Case = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/center?redirectSource=HelpHub
If Amazon have done a Returnless Refund on a SFP Order then you can raise a Safety Claim to recoup your money = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/safet-claims/ref=xx_safet_favb_xx

Welcome to the reality of selling on Amazon. This happens regularly. It has become a scammers paradise. You can follow the steps suggested by others and you may get a result. But the most likely thing is that you have lost both your goods and your money. It seems that the only way to win an A-Z case is to have the goods signed for. Tracking does not count in the real world.

Happens all the time, unless you pay for Tracked and Signed for you are not covered and Amazon will refund the customer.
When Amazon deliver late you do not have the choice to open an AtoZ against them, this is how an unlevel playing field works.
Amazon will screw you out of money, they do not care about the sellers at all.
