On the advert for “Amazon Handmade”, the blurb states" Need help? Weve got you covered with phone and e-mail support - does anyone have a telephone number I can ring them on, please?
I live in France, my business is registered in France, I pay all my taxes in France, and my inventory is all stored in France. However, my account has been suspended (on 13th June) because I haven’t provided a UK VAT number or exemption certificate. In response to the “Contact us” form, I keep getting the same automatically generated email saying I need to provide this, completely ignoring my explanation.
Any suggestions, please, from anyone about speaking to someone about this?

You can’t call them but you can request they call you. On the help section make sure you go through the Handmade section. Even if the topics after that aren’t relevant to your situation, it will get you through to them. The handmade team are based in Ireland I think but they are very helpful and more so than the normal teams.

as advised, there is no direct number that you can call the Handmade team.
You can raise a case via the security of your seller central and if the phones lines are open (9-5, 7 days a week) you can raise a phone call via the case. If Handmade support are unavailable (all associates already on a call with another artisan or it is outside phone hours) you can send an email detailing your issue and/or request a call back.
