VAT - Using Link My Books - Tax Made Digital
Just joined Xero to Amazon using Link My Books to pull through order data automatically.
Was previously manually calculating everything and then uploading scans to Xero.
Have noticed HUGE discrepancy (treble what should be due from manual estimate calculations) in the true value of VAT due on the VAT return (first quarter of automation through LMB) and am currently trying to investigate.
Any advice (in simple terms please). I have checked the set up was done correctly as VAT inclusive.

I just realised, LMB pulls settlements which includes failed payment and cancelled orders! OMG! How did I not see this before?
What is the best way to rectify this?
